To further enrich the team's leisure time and strengthen cross-departmental communication and cohesion, on August 23rd, the Lisheng family took a break from their busy schedules to conduct a team-building activity themed "Working Together, Breaking Through Self-Improvements; Uniting Strengths, Winning the Future Together."

Camp Opening: Ice-breaking Interactions Bring People Closer Together

Our first stop was the Nan'an Lianyi Mountain Villa Leisure Camp—a beautiful retreat nestled between mountains and water, enjoying fresh air.

The team-building activity officially began with fun and engaging interactions and creative ice-breaking games. The initially reserved atmosphere quickly gave way to laughter and joy. The subsequent team formation and name-creation sessions brought the atmosphere to a climax:

Some people had wild ideas, some devised formations, and some crafted inspiring slogans. Everyone's creativity and enthusiasm were unleashed on the lawn, allowing us to witness the unique charm of our colleagues, distinct from their work and daily lives.

Collaborative Challenges: Fully Committed, Working Together

Tie the flowered pants barehanded, stroll like a penguin, and collaboratively build a tower... these dual tests of strategy and physical prowess unfolded, constantly honing the team's wisdom and endurance.

Every member of the team fully committed, showcasing their strengths, with clear divisions of labor and mutual encouragement. They worked side by side, running and coordinating, to overcome the challenges together.

Sweat glistened in the sunlight, yet every face radiated with vibrant energy. In that moment, the concept of "working together" became tangible—not for victory or defeat, but for a shared goal.

The final game, "Wind and Rain Together," was particularly memorable. Through the role-playing of the "deaf-mute" and "blind" supporting each other, we deeply experienced the power of trust and gratitude. This was more than just a game; it was a test of teamwork. Through this hour-long collaborative effort, the Lisheng family forged a deeper sense of trust and a deeper understanding of teamwork and empathy!
